Our company is looking for a Senior Manager of Search Marketing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be in persistent pursuit of new acquisition opportunities while balancing, cultivating, and growing existing relationships for ongoing scale;
- Develop and execute an ongoing testing roadmap to improve channel performance and align with the overall marketing strategy;
- Develop and drive Non Brand & Branded Search and Shopping (PLA) customer acquisition strategy that aligns to the overall goals for growth;

Requirements:
- Experience in subscription, e-commerce and/or health, grocery or wellness;
- Experience managing third party providersExperience managing a team;
- 6+ years of user acquisition marketing, specifically in Search;
- Highly analytical; comfortable working with large data sets, optimizing for KPIs, and turning analysis into action;
- Experience managing a large scale Search program in-house preferred;
- Proven track record for solving problems through technology;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, optimize, and scale million dollar performance marketing budgets;
- Hands on experience in digital marketing platforms, especially Google;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
