Senior Sales Enablement Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Programs will be defined and delivered for the WW Sales Organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC Geos;
- Align training requirements for new product launches and introductions;
- Evaluate and optimize every aspect of the Sales Process. Look for opportunities to mature existing Sales’ Tools and develop new ones;
- Measure the impact of sales training on sales productivity and take action to optimize;
- Drive sales process, execution and adoption;
- Regularly review with the sales management team to identify additional training/development needs;
- Assist with Go To Market strategy for new product launches;
- Travel is expected up to 33%, with the majority of travel being in North America.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated capability in working with various departments such as Sales, Product Marketing and Product Management;
- Solid understanding of enterprise sales processes, and how to evangelize and roll them out effectively across a Global Sales organization;
- Experience with Force Management a plus;
- You like working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment;
- You have a high proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Sales Enablement tools;
- You are proficient in sales processes, methodologies, and skills;
- You are a strong program manager – a great project manager, communicator, and collaborator;
- You have a passion for data, systems, and how they can be used to identify and diagnose execution issues in the field;
- You have demonstrated success in supporting a sales team to be more effective and efficient;

- You are comfortable and effective at delivering in-person & online training, presentations, and coaching sessions;
- You have a high proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Sales Enablement tools;

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to concisely communicate to cross functional stakeholders at the company;
- 4+ years of sales enablement/productivity experience in a SaaS environment.
