Our company is looking for a Superintendent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the activities of subcontractors, vendors and labor, maintaining close control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity;
- Schedules and directs all inspections with city officials, government agencies and private agencies as required;
- Documents and completes all punch list items;
- Understanding and implementation of contract specifications and drawings;
- eet and enforce all safety rules and regulations;
- Manage all subcontractor relationships;
- Coordinate the development of Daily, Weekly and Project level work plans and objectives with the Project Manager;
- Experience working in occupied buildings;
- Strong communication skills, ability to run meetings and coordinate with Owners and Designers;
- Ensure that goals and timelines are set and met throughout the project’s time frame and within the project budget;
- Maintains relationships with owners, tenants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and all prospective clients;
- Supervise project partners, craft foremen, and crews;
- Work with municipal authorities to assure construction meets code and all permits are obtained;
- Provide Safety Training and Tool Box talks;
- Maintain and update accurate redline drawings on site.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled in maintaining overall cleanliness of assigned property;
- High school graduate or GED equivalent;
- 5+ years of supervisory experience;

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, to prioritize and organize, work well under stress in a fast-paced environment;
