Our company is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as team SME for Technology Change Management process (internal and external);
  • Provide resource estimates for specific network implementation work items;
  • Coordinate testing plans and resourcing;
  • Ensure solutions are implemented using optimal methods, strategies and processes within time and budget guidelines;
  • Lead successful implementations of network solutions, working in close collaboration with stakeholders and engineering resources;
  • Identify technical, performance, and other issues and proactively communicate with stakeholders about best practices;
  • Capture and document lessons learned, refer to lessons learned for new event planning;
  • Serve as a central point of contact across assigned network implementations;
  • Understand and navigate the Capital One processes and reflect the process in the scope of work;
  • Plan and coordinate release events and prepare a minute-by-minute (MBM) plan, host Go/No Go;
  • Work closely with engineering teams to manage and resolve technical issues;
  • Review and evaluate post-event success and identify continuous improvement opportunities;
  • Identify and manage risks, assumptions, and escalation;
  • Deliver event-related communications and status updates;
  • Participate in technical implementation using agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban).

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Technical Delivery Lead/Product or Project Management position;
  • At least 2 years of experience with deployment and release issue resolution management;
  • At least 5 years of hand-on technical experience with Routers and Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxy, and Gateways;
  • At least 2 years of hand-on technical experience with Routers and Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxy, and Gateways;
  • Experience managing multiple Network products in an Agile Environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • The ideal candidate is a results-oriented hands-on leader who can handle many different roles and responsibilities such as;
  • Oversees feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised projects/ programs;
  • Work with a cross-functional team of developers and business analysts to deliver on data analytics initiatives;
  • Leading small group of offshore developers on multiple parallel projects;
  • 4 years Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field;
  • Documenting and communicating target state and assumptions to various stakeholders;
  • Participating in the Architecture Review process as a representative of application delivery team;
  • Assigns work assignments to team members and directs activities, providing technical guidance and completing individual tasks as needed;
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT.
