  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translating findings into actionable business and technology strategy recommendations;
  • Bring strong business acumen to research insights to translate findings to business success;
  • Design research programs, both qualitative and quantitative, to address business needs;
  • Conduct mixed-methods of qualitative research methods (e.g., ethnography, focus groups, diary studies);

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of statistical and multi-variate analysis;
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in consumer insights or market research;
  • Consultative skills to partner with key stakeholders at all levels to develop research plans and insights;
  • Possesses strong presentation skills and can communicate clearly, concisely, effectively across multiple levels within the organization;
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborator and team-player;
  • Proven ability to synthesize research and analytics into clear insights, and to deliver actionable recommendations;
  • Experience understanding and partnering with analytics teams to deliver robust insights;
  • Extensive experience with vendor and project management.
