Our company is looking for a Program Control Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties to support monthly billing and prepare backup documentation to customer invoice submissions as required;
  • Education;
  • Work with Program Managers and Operations staff to monitor program financial activities for compliance and risk;
  • Review ICE, Cost PMP/BAAR, and MSA resource reports for accuracy and completeness and make recommendations to authorized Government;
  • Maintains document management systems and collaborative workspaces;
  • Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare pricing models;
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;
  • Other activities, as assigned;
  • Develops budgets and tracks performance to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial report deliverables;
  • Compiles QA/QC and issues procurement documents, contracts, updated insurance certificates, and approval documents;
  • Interfaces and works collaboratively with the client while adhering to client business and fiscal policies;
  • Supports maintenance and tracking of cost, invoice development, program schedules, EVM and reporting;
  • Review Program and Directorate data in the NEXT, NRO FIRsT, and Select and Native Programming (SNaP) systems for accuracy and completeness;
  • Develops and analyzes Estimates at Completion (EAC), maintains program budgets, monitors actual costs, commitments, revenue, and profitability;
  • Creates, maintains, and updates spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with some experience supporting the Intelligence Community;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc);
  • Familiarity with FAR/CAS/GAAP;
  • Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance;
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis or Accounting.
