Our company is looking for a Data Entry Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support functional areas as needed and as requested by supervising manager;
  • Accountable for administrative tasks, including but not limited to: Return Mail, Scanning, Indexing, Mailing, Faxing and Filing;
  • Entry of high volume mid-term transactions;
  • Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner;
  • Proper completion of sale documents;
  • File documents according to criteria;
  • Process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria;
  • Read and interpret various reports and documents;
  • Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information;
  • Receive and process payments;
  • Develop customer relationships and relay pertinent order information to customers;
  • Receiving orders from customers for quotations, lead times, and other information by telephone, email and fax;
  • Using a computer to retrieve customer information, status information about orders, and to assist customer with order changes.

Requirements:

  • Good understand of Microsoft Excel;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; effectively learning new tasks;
  • Must be albe to pass background check and drug screen;
  • 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Strong attention to detail maintaining high levels of accuracy;
  • Research and resolve errors;
  • Ability to think quickly;
  • Success in a high volume environments;
  • Professional phone demeanor;
  • Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel and Word.
