Our company is looking for a Data Entry to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits;
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Data entry;
- Ability to enter data at a reasonable speed, which is usually specified as alpha numeric and numeric keystrokes;
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing, and electronic files;
- Accurately entering invoices;
- Identify errors and communicate the issue to the appropriate account team;
- Audit Client’s invoices to ensure that all documentation is accurate and present;
- Process returns and authorizations for company accounts;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat);
- Completion of weekly commitments and goals;
- Work closely with UPS and FedEx for scheduled return pick-up;
- Input account/return information into the internal computer database;
- Contributor to company and division goals.
Requirements:
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits;
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output;
- Read requests and process what is requested; NL Submission Entries, Loss Runs, Declinations/Close Outs, Renewal Conversions, Endorsement Triage, etc;
- High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required;
- Ability to work well in teams;
- Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take direction well;
- Basic to intermediate computer skills required;
- Must be detail oriented with excellent computer skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, and internet experience required;
- Must be professional and have good job stability;
- Entry Level – Will train the right candidate;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
