Our company is looking for a Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all other office tasks;
- Plan and schedule appointments and events;
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents;
- Greet and assist onsite guests;
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations;
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research;
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts;
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail;
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party;
- Greet and assist visitors;
- Be able to work a multi-line phone;
- Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office to include: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows;
- Must be able to prioritize assignments and work well under pressure;
- Must have conference room management experience;
- Must type a minimum of 60 wpm.
Requirements:

- Excellent computer skills, especially typing;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields;
