Our company is looking for a Field Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Running errands;
- Prior experience in similar position or field required;
- Safety supplies inventory;
- Document job progress by taking digital pictures;
- Maintain up to date customer contact information;
- Attend safety meetings, take minutes;
- Heavy Data entry; timesheets, expense reports, equipment logs;
- Minimum experience required of the position;
- Obtaining quotes for materials needed;
- Prepare Power Points and handouts for meeting;
- Order and receive materials on job site, collecting delivery tickets;
- Wear appropriate PPE;
- Coordinate job site meetings and catering;
- Issuing purchase orders;
- Assist with bid data collection, cost research and cost computations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. especially, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
