Our company is looking for a Field Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Running errands;
  • Prior experience in similar position or field required;
  • Safety supplies inventory;
  • Document job progress by taking digital pictures;
  • Maintain up to date customer contact information;
  • Attend safety meetings, take minutes;
  • Heavy Data entry; timesheets, expense reports, equipment logs;
  • Minimum experience required of the position;
  • Obtaining quotes for materials needed;
  • Prepare Power Points and handouts for meeting;
  • Order and receive materials on job site, collecting delivery tickets;
  • Wear appropriate PPE;
  • Coordinate job site meetings and catering;
  • Issuing purchase orders;
  • Assist with bid data collection, cost research and cost computations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. especially, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
