Inside Sales Support Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned;
 - Provide the highest level of customer service;
 - Clearly and concisely communicating across internal departments and with customers;
 - Balancing customer needs and company needs effectively;
 - Order entry and tracking;
 - Participate in the development of workflows surrounding specific customer procurement processes such as ServiceNow, Equallevel, Exostar, Ariba, etc;
 - Participate in meetings with sales representative(s) to discuss any projects, account issues, accounts receivable issues, inventory issues, etc;
 - Provide feedback to management for continual process improvement;
 - Perform at or exceed team and individual revenue and profit sales goals as assigned by manager(s);
 - Work with vendors on all product returns and cancellations, along with processing internal paperwork required;
 - Respond and assist customers that call in with a need or question;
 - Participate in proactive selling techniques such warm-calling to existing customers;
 - Assist Operations with the maintenance of inventory levels by working closely with distributors on project and order roll-out;
 - Participate in formal bids requests as required;
 - Weekly forecasting.
 
Requirements:

 - Four year college degree or equivalent experience;
 - Self-directed, adaptable and positive;
 - Excellent verbal and written communication;
 - Outstanding customer (internal and external) service;
 - Willingness to work effectively in a team environment;
 - Detail oriented;
 - Demonstrated general knowledge of computers, networking, servers, storage components and configurations;
 - Proven ability to learn software and accounting programs;
 - Fully competent at Word, Excel;
 - Good time management skills.
