Part-Time Customer Service Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing issues and order inquiries;
- Update system with customer information;
- Handle inbound calls and emails;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Motor Vehicle Record must meet minimum requirements per FinishMaster’s Vehicle Fleet Safety Policy;
- Answer phones, and provide info about our lessons;
- Solve problems for folks, and find solutions;
- Have FUN, and provide friendly support to children and families;
- Prepared to take calls and/or start workday exactly at start of shift;
- Computer data entry and running reports in registration software;
- Assist aquatics department and perform scheduling;
- Solve problems by proactively finding solutions;
- Meet weekly call handling metrics;
- File applications and other paperwork;
- Prepare reports to include daily Phone Call Log.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license;
- Motor Vehicle Record must meet minimum requirements per FinishMaster’s Vehicle Fleet Safety Policy;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship;
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Quick problem-solving skills to help customers with unique needs;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong team player as the customer service team works closely with other departments to ensure our customers’ needs are met quickly;
- High school diploma or equivalent with general autobody emphasis;
- Work a rotating weekend schedule, one month on/one month off as scheduled or as required based on operational needs;
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Spanish required;
- Effective listening skills in addition to the ability to concisely summarize information provided by our customers are essential.
