Our company is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process all visitors and ensure they feel welcome;
  • Manage the flow of job applicants and prepare them for interviews;
  • Administrative duties and flexibility to provide whatever help is needed in the office;
  • Make sales calls to potential clients;
  • Provide support to staffing consultant;
  • Handle multiple phone calls quickly and professionally, both inbound and outbound;
  • Assist the team with internal audits and data requests;
  • Support the TA team with general Talent Acquisition support;
  • Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with recruiting assistance, primarily scheduling candidate interviews;
  • Events logistics: planning and coordinating recruiting events including career fairs, invitationals and interview days.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual preferred;
  • ‘People person’ with a genuine desire to help others;
  • Outstanding multi-tasking capabilities in a very fast paced environment are key;
  • Administering appropriate company assessments;
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communication, office systems, and record keeping;
  • Screening resumes;
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems;
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process;
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity;
  • Following up on the interview process status;
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees;
  • Skill to type 50 words per minute;
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
