Our company is looking for a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems;
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
  • Maintain vehicle control;
  • Check in vehicles (daily);
  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle;
  • Maintain and organize key security;
  • Lot organization- in a safe and efficient manner;
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.);
  • Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles;
  • High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind;
  • Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory;
  • Check in and process 100+ vehicles transactions (daily);
  • Accurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles;
  • Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process;
  • Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles).

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years;
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years;
  • Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule;
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds;
  • Must have a minimum of a “Meets Requirements” on previous review;
  • Must have at least 6 months experience as an Enterprise Holdings employee;
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work 40 hours/week Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30am-6pm;
  • Must have no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years;
  • Must be able to work the following shift/schedule 25 hours per week;
  • Mu st be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions;
  • Must be a current GP58 employee;
  • Must not be on any disciplinary action that limits promotional opportunities, including driving probation.
