Our company is looking for a Support Services Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bi-monthly employee Saturday Screenings including studio approvals, booking of venues, and internal communications;
  • Direct supervisory responsibility for Coordinator, Support Services and the reception team that handles incoming calls for the campus;
  • Oversee contracted mail service vendor to ensure service levels are maintained, overall service is timely and consistent, and management of invoices.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented;
  • 3– 5 years of supervisory experience;
