Our company is looking for a Talent Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and personal revenue goals;
  • Learn the story and narrative behind each job opportunity offered by our amazing clients;
  • Grow and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using social channels and our proprietary recruiting tools;
  • Work closely with sales candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network.

Requirements:

  • A background or interest in B2B software and/or startup industry trends is a plus;
  • You have an appreciation and alignment with our core values;
  • 0-4 years of experience in sales or related field. Startup sales or roles that required client interaction with corporate executives is a plus;
  • Track record of longevity and success in prior roles such as career advancement/promotion and exceeding revenue goals;
  • Ability to adjust to constantly changing workforce demands;
  • Experience implementing and or managing onsite/on-the-job safety practices;
  • Ability to work autonomously and offer solutions to identified gaps;
  • BA or BS in Business, HR, Marketing or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience;
  • Experience Managing/Growing an Account;
  • Must adapt quickly and appropriately to change;
  • Comfortable working in a diverse environment;
  • Proven experience creating/developing best practices to promote positive customer and employee engagement;
  • Self-motivated and resourceful;
  • Must be able to respond to client-s frequently changing staffing needs;
  • Must have proficient computer skills including ATS, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
