Talent Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and personal revenue goals;
- Learn the story and narrative behind each job opportunity offered by our amazing clients;
- Grow and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using social channels and our proprietary recruiting tools;
- Work closely with sales candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network.
Requirements:
- A background or interest in B2B software and/or startup industry trends is a plus;
- You have an appreciation and alignment with our core values;
- 0-4 years of experience in sales or related field. Startup sales or roles that required client interaction with corporate executives is a plus;
- Track record of longevity and success in prior roles such as career advancement/promotion and exceeding revenue goals;
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing workforce demands;
- Experience implementing and or managing onsite/on-the-job safety practices;
- Ability to work autonomously and offer solutions to identified gaps;
- BA or BS in Business, HR, Marketing or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience;
- Experience Managing/Growing an Account;
- Must adapt quickly and appropriately to change;
- Comfortable working in a diverse environment;
- Proven experience creating/developing best practices to promote positive customer and employee engagement;
- Self-motivated and resourceful;
- Must be able to respond to client-s frequently changing staffing needs;
- Must have proficient computer skills including ATS, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
