- Conducts needs assessments around talent and organizational development and is responsible for recommending solutions to stakeholders;
- Provide expert guidance to HRBPs and senior leaders in all areas of TM;
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to diagnose business needs and create/identify optimal solutions and programs;
- Strategic internal consultant that serves as a SME and advisor to business leadership and HR in all areas of talent management.
Requirements:

- Master’s degree in human resources, business, organization development, psychology, or related field;
