  • Provide expert guidance to HRBPs and senior leaders in all areas of TM;
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to diagnose business needs and create/identify optimal solutions and programs;
  • Strategic internal consultant that serves as a SME and advisor to business leadership and HR in all areas of talent management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications Required;
  • Master’s degree in human resources, business, organization development, psychology, or related field;
  • Strong connection to SF Bay Area talent ecosystem.
