Our company is looking for a Operations Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising one or more sales leaders;
  • Exhibits teamwork by building strong relationships with peers, superiors, and team members;
  • May have minimal interaction with the client as needed depending on program;
  • Facilitate call monitoring sessions and other customer interactions as assigned;
  • Issues written and oral counseling for breach of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook;
  • Administers Performance Management Process as needed to develop agent performance and behavior;
  • Takes responsibility and initiative to develop core skills and competencies by being involved in every facet of personal development;
  • Sets expectations and leads the team to achieve performance goals as established by leadership;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Assist in the development of sales coaches and assistant sales coaches;
  • Coaches and develops sales coach(es) and team members to achieve performance objectives;
  • Seeks and acts on personal coaching and feedback received by taking an active role in performance planning and goal setting;
  • Responsible for periodic evaluations on all team members;
  • Leading by example at all times and adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs as required;
  • Excellent positive attitude and customer service skills;
  • Strong organization, planning and analytical skills;
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to use good judgment in order to make decisions independently;
  • 8 years’ minimum experience in Operations, Program, Project, or Process Management;
  • Track record of breaking down silos and working with others within your team and other organizations to maximize impact;
  • Ability to simplify complex situations;
  • Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, decision-making, influence and process execution management;
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • Able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel driving achievement of business goals, metrics and problem resolution;
  • Industry experience Technology, Cloud and/or Supply Chain, Compliance/controls a plus;
  • 3-5+ years leadership years in process and people management for invoicing or other integrate order to cash discipline;
  • Business Process Management (BPM) certified and experience with orders, adjustments, pricing, discount, product attribution and ERP integrations;
  • Business Process Management (BPM) certified.
