Field Operator I sets up, operates and troubleshoots a variety of machines and/or equipment on customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Being a Field Operator I adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Field Operator I may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. The Field Operator I may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

Responsibilities:
- Working and traveling to various well sites, sand mines, and transloading facilities;
- Operation of a wellsite proppant storage system;
- Ability to provide the proper delivery of mix to the blender equipment;
- Unloading of hauling trailers;
- Hands-on operation of all equipment and maintenance;
- Balancing of storage volumes and reporting;
- Transloading and materials management;
- Mechancial understanding of equipment.
Requirements:
