Our company is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units;
  • Ability to work independently or cross-functional teams;
  • Performing initial troubleshooting on equipment and processes;
  • Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements;
  • Complete documentation and dispose of rejected and or excess material on a daily basis;
  • Ensures all product is packaged per packaging specifications and routings are followed;
  • Demonstrate skills in attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary;
  • Manufacture bags utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint;
  • Demonstrate wiliness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization;
  • Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.). Maintains accurate attribute/variable charts of rejected materials;
  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment and processes using computerized and manual systems;
  • Utilize a tape measure to build the product according to customer requirements;
  • Promotes and implements use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities;
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement activities, such as 6S, Kaizen events, yellow belt training and projects.

Requirements:

  • Drug Test;
  • Background check;
  • HS Diploma or GED;
  • Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control);
  • Experience following very specific procedures and documenting the completion of critical steps;
  • Demonstrated mathematical ability in addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios and percentages;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in both independent and team environments;
  • Staging next day’s work to maintain a flow of EUV Pods and coordinating the Emklene wash process to meet the daily output goals;
  • Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and the operating principles of control systems;
  • Must have a resume;
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions including SOP’s and Batch Record documentation;
  • Credit Check;
  • Experience in a biotechnology or clean room facility;
  • Build EUV Pod by following procedures and documents to produce the highest quality while meeting daily output goals;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet required standards of cGMPs.
