Our company is looking for a Machine Operator 1 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety rules, policies and procedures;
  • Report all near-misses, incidents, injuries, illnesses, including mobile equipment or property damage;
  • Participation in the site Safety and Health Program;
  • Report any unsafe practices and/or conditions to their supervisor;
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any defective PPE;
  • Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, GMP and all CCNA rules and policies;
  • Responsible for proper and accurate product/package/code changes;
  • Troubleshoot machinery;
  • Report and/or correct safety issues. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings;
  • Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings;
  • Daily operation of filling machinery safely and efficiently to produce top quality products;
  • Perform all Filling Operator CIP/COP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning for all other areas;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Report and/or correct safety issues;
  • Complete and accurately document all activities during shift.

Requirements:

  • Participation in training and qualifying associates, pre-shift meetings, team assignments and audits;
  • Report and/or correct safety issues;

  • Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. Quality checks to include, codes, seals and weights;
  • Perform all Filling Operator CIP/COP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning for all other areas;
  • Daily operation of filling machinery safely and efficiently to produce top quality products;
