Our company is looking for a Machine Operator – 2nd Shift to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up machine and make necessary changes;
  • Machine dental restorations and post process them with a hand piece;
  • Perform good housekeeping in assigned areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping floors and machinery;
  • Seal cartons and be able to lift cartons onto pallet – move pallets to staging area;
  • Sintering (putting units into a furnace.);
  • Ensure the work is complete before ending your shift;
  • Quality inspections of finished goods;
  • Ensure all characteristics generated at designated operation are conforming through use of applicable inspection techniques;
  • identify and solve immediate, or short-term machine quality, waste, delay and safety issue;
  • Assists with inventory count;
  • Shading restorations if required;
  • Follow all safety regulations;
  • Monitor the machine cycle and alert supervisor or team lead to any issues;
  • Threads the web through slitter and verifies dimensions of cut to specifications, using tape measure;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Person;
  • Accepts direction and instruction from supervisor;
  • Repetitive motions Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers;
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required;
  • Reports any problems, deviation, or quality concerns to a lead/supervisor;
  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • Must be able to pass a drug test;
  • Some Mechanical Abilities Helpful;
  • Must have own transportation;
  • ERP/MRP (preferred);
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening;
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs;
  • Able to lift 50 lbs continuously;
  • Able to work with others;
