Our company is looking for a BDC Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all internet leads are followed up with until competition of sale;
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers;
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary;
  • Follows up with aged sales leads;
  • Manage and track all leads;
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails;
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts;
  • Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies;
  • Handle our customer contacts through CRM, service, follow-up and lead generations;
  • Schedule sales/service appointments and reschedule no-show customers;
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals;
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations;
  • Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone;
  • Manage day-to-day business of the business development center;
  • Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience;
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals;
  • Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve;
  • Previous management experience preferred;
  • Automotive industry experience preferred;
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve;
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales and service call volume, internet leads and call lists;
  • Outgoing personality, ability to influence customers to schedule appointments;
  • Strong computer knowledge;
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;
  • Experience in previous automotive dealerships, with 5 years’ experience specifically with BDC/internet;
  • Extremely customer service oriented;
  • Must have strong computer skills;
  • Enthusiastic personality;
  • Must be Dependable and Reliable.
