Our company is looking for a Commercial Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned;
- Effectively communicate with all store associates, management, and customers;
- Under the direction of management, executes promotions, sales tactics, spiffs and sales incentives;
- Under the direction of Management, participates in “truck-day” operations, cycle counts, audits, and organization of the back room;
- Acts as a Commercial Driver as needed;
- Partner with the commercial teams for seamless parts delivery; promptly reacts to the needs of our internal and external customers;
- Under the direction of the Manager, Store Parts, participates in “truck-day” operations, cycle counts, audits, and organization of the back room;
- Secondary key carrier responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- Related experience in the automotive service environment is also preferred;
- Valid driver’s license;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting;
- Visually verifies information, often in small print;
- Enters and locates information on computer;
- Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays;
- Climb up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise;
- Presents information to small and large groups;
- Safely operates a motor vehicle;
- Communicate effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment;
- Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
