Our company is looking for a Outside Sales to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a personal business plan under general management supervision to establish personal annual goals;
- Demonstrates teamwork to ensure achievement of team and company sales goals;
- Managing existing accounts;
- Daily Prospecting in assigned territory;
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary;
- Consistently review and report on sales calls, sales outcomes and sales opportunities;
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans;
- Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, trade shows and retreats;
- Organize and conduct training sessions for customers, survey market and competitive conditions;
- Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services;
- Prepare quotes and proposals, follow up and negotiate terms, and close transactions;
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals;
- Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services;
- Complete inspection of customer’s sewer lines and drains using a video recording monitor and camera reel;
- Collaborate with team members; providing pertinent information and assisting in the sales process.
Requirements:
- No health conditions limiting mobility;
- Insured vehicle;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Ability to understand and interpret basic sales and financial reports;
- Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product;
- Ability to assist customers with processing parts and correct application of tools;
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing process;
- Comfortable working autonomously;
- A manufacturing or industrial sales background is preferred;
- Applicable knowledge of the Metalworking Product Areas (Cutting Tools, Carbide, etc.) is required;
- Superior Planning and organization skills;
- Strong ability to work with a team towards one goal;
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test;
- Basic computer skills experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and retail point-of-sale systems;
- High integrity, exceptional communication and social skills.
