Full Time LMFT - Remote position

Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet client needs.

Create and maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Apply culturally competent approaches to therapy, ensuring that services are equitable and respectful of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions, contributing to case reviews and offering valuable insights for the collective improvement of treatment methodologies.

Your role as an LMFT will place you at the forefront of supporting a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will directly influence their ability to cope and thrive, reinforcing the importance of your role in promoting mental health and wellness.

Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of California.

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

Previous experience using telehealth platforms is preferred, given the remote nature of the position.

Experience in varied therapeutic settings, including community health clinics or private practices.

Background in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or those facing PTSD or trauma.

Familiarity with methods of client engagement and retention in a remote setting.
