Physical Therapist Full Time Rehab Clinic

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in Wayne, NJ. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Experience or comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic is preferred.
Willingness to work the posted clinic schedule including potential rotating Saturdays and flexible shift times.
Open to new graduates and early-career clinicians for select larger clinics; 13-week mentorship program available for new graduates and clinicians with 1–2 years of experience.

Clinic Details
Outpatient clinic setting in Wayne, NJ.
Productivity expectation: 1.8–2.2 patients per hour; Support staff: full-time aides (generally 2 aides per 3 therapists; fewer at smaller clinics).
Multidisciplinary environment including chiropractic, occupational therapy, and acupuncture, with physical therapy as the primary focus.

Staff Physical Therapist salary range noted for role cohorts.
