Work Environment

Located in Totowa, New Jersey, our outpatient office offers a supportive atmosphere that fosters collaboration and professional growth. The clinic is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, including the latest therapeutic tools and technology, allowing our therapists to offer evidence-based therapies and ensure optimal patient care. You will be working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to align on shared patient goals and treatment strategies.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on functional recovery, including exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility tailored to each patient's specific condition.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, including effective home exercises and lifestyle modifications to foster long-term health.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, and those with sports-related injuries. Our clinical approach ensures that each patient receives personalized care that respects their individual background and experiences, fostering an environment of healing and respect.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-setting and strong communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a robust benefits package, which includes:
