Position Immigration Paralegal
Position Type: Full-time - California (On-Site/Hybrid Considered)
Overview Tondini Law, APC is a boutique immigration law firm focused on high-quality, ethical, and client-centered legal services. As our practice grows, we’re looking for a motivated Immigration Paralegal who wants meaningful responsibility and long-term professional development.
The Immigration Paralegal role involves close collaboration with a team managing active cases. In‑office work is preferred; Prepare forms, evidence packets, and attorney-ready drafts; Maintain confidentiality and data integrity; Humanitarian & Family Immigration Prepare I‑130, I‑485, I‑765, I‑864 and supporting affidavits; draft U/T/VAWA filings and parole requests.
Draft client declarations and country-conditions summaries; Translate documents EN↔ES and conduct targeted legal research and memos for case strategy.
Business Immigration Handle employment-based matters (as applicable to experience), including EB1A, NIW, E1/E2, H1B, PERM, O1, L1A/L1B, TN, R.
Draft/prepare petitions and exhibits (letters, expert evaluations, wage/role docs) with meticulous attention to detail; Research regulations and policy guidance; identify risks and alternative pathways early and propose solutions.
Qualifications 2+ years as an immigration paralegal with hands‑on experience in humanitarian/family
3+ years as an immigration paralegal with hands‑on experience in business immigration in a law firm setting.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent written/oral communication in both.
Mastery of immigration forms, evidence standards, and filing practices; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MyCase or similar CRMs, and Docketwise; Pay $23-$35/hour (DOE) + discretionary bonuses.
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard 8‑hour shift (PST). In‑office work preferred—CA hybrid may be considered.
