Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay: $42.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Thursday - Monday

Location: Coolidge, AZ

Overtime: Available based on program needs

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care and clinical support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This role focuses on promoting health, safety, independence, and overall well-being while working closely with direct-care staff and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care, assessments, and health monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
Monitor and report changes in individuals' health or behavior.
Coordinate with physicians, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
Provide clinical guidance and support to direct-care staff.
Maintain accurate medical and nursing documentation.
Follow individual care plans, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies.
Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Nursing experience preferred; experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral health is a plus.
TB test completed within the last 12 months.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Current Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate and comfortable working with individuals with medical, behavioral, or developmental needs.
