Human Resources Assistant
Join our team as a Human Resources Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our HR functions. Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records accurately in HRIS and physical files, ensuring confidentiality.
Process time cards and assist with payroll preparation to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team to facilitate day-to-day operations.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Prior experience in HR or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory.
