We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Hunter to drive net-new revenue growth for our AI consulting, implementation, and managed services business. The successful candidate will build pipeline through targeted outbound efforts, executive-level relationships, and consultative selling not by relying on inbound leads or account expansion alone. Own net-new logo acquisition within a defined enterprise territory or vertical
Personally source and develop a majority of pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive outreach, and partner channels
Build and execute account plans for high-value target enterprises
Lead full sales cycles for AI consulting and managed services engagements ($250K$3M+)
Navigate complex buying committees including C-suite, IT, data, finance, and operations leaders
Structure phased engagements (assessments ? pilots ? implementation ? managed services)
Conduct deep discovery to uncover business pain, strategic priorities, and data readiness
Translate AI and data capabilities into executive-level business outcomes
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain 35x pipeline coverage against quota
Manage opportunities rigorously in Salesforce with clear next steps and close plans
Forecast accurately and proactively manage deal risk

Performance Expectations
Year 1 new ACV target: ~$Consistent pipeline creation within first 90 days
Personally sourced pipeline representing 50%+ of total opportunities
High-quality handoff to delivery with strong client satisfaction
Experience: 510 years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Track record of net-new logo acquisition
Comfortable with sales cycles ranging from 412 months
Enterprise prospecting & account planning
Executive-level discovery and storytelling
Financial acumen and business case development
Hunter-grade pipeline creation
Sales process discipline and CRM rigor
Intellectual curiosity around AI, data, and emerging technology
Strong hunter mentality with extreme ownership of results
Uncapped commission with accelerators for over-quota performance
Additional incentives for large deals, net-new logos, and multi-year managed services
Equity or long-term incentive opportunities
