Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Survey Department. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong data entry skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of accuracy.
The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, can stay focused under pressure, and takes pride in producing accurate, timely work.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain job data and documentation in internal systems
Perform high-volume scanning and document management
Manage and track a large volume of emails daily
Process and generate invoices for completed jobs
Prepare and update schedules
Order title reports and supporting documentation
Process existing jobs and input new orders
Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred
Experience handling high-volume workloads is a plus
