Conduct routine and advanced clinical tests—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—following strict protocols.
Ensure result accuracy, troubleshoot any anomalies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
Accurately document procedures, nurture new talent, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation.
