Responsibilities:
Litigate Insurance Defense Cases - Handle general liability, professional liability, and coverage disputes in state and federal courts.
Draft Litigation Documents - Prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, building strong defenses for insurer clients.
Conduct Depositions - Take and defend depositions, gathering critical evidence to support case strategies.
Advise Insurer Clients - Provide counsel on coverage disputes and litigation risks, maintaining strong client relationships.
