Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Customer Experience

Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor
Direct guests to service advisors and assist with general inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
Maintain an organized and efficient service calendar
Provide timely updates regarding vehicle service status
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate customer records in the system
Process payments, including warranty and service-related transactions
Handle service documentation, repair orders, and loaner agreements
Front Desk & Facility Support
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Ensure a comfortable waiting experience for customers
Strong customer service and communication skills
Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
Busy dealership setting with high customer interaction
Front desk role requiring both sitting and standing
