Evaluate patients thoroughly to develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with medical recommendations.

Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care protocols and best practices.

Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Our therapists have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing a range of conditions that require specialized therapeutic approaches. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.

Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic word processing software.

Commitment to establishing meaningful relationships with patients to help them achieve and surpass their functional goals.

Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly within multidisciplinary teams.

Specializations in areas such as sports rehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy, or neurology are highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to build strong community relationships and contribute to outreach programs.
