HR Rep Full Time

Job Title: Human Resources Admin (Onboarding)
Location: Edison, New Jersey
Compensation: $22-$24.00 per hour
Work Model: Onsite 8am to 5pm
Permanent Full Time with Benefits
Responsibilities
Document and track the onboarding of new employees
Communicate with new employees to ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed
Confirm with employees that all pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test) are completed
Coordinate and confirm start dates with our clients and internal team
Contractor assignment management
Offboarding of employees
Onboarding admin tasks supporting department operations
Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent;
• Proficient with office technology including the Microsoft suite of products (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with human resources-related functions
• Demonstrated critical thinking ability
• Must be available to work in our Edison, NJ office on a full-time basis (5 days per week)
