Position Description Seneca Resources is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant – Receptionist for a 100% onsite role in Phoenix, Arizona. This position supports a public sector client and serves as the primary front desk contact, providing exceptional service to walk-in members and visitors. This role is well-suited for individuals with prior receptionist or administrative experience who take pride in delivering a positive first impression and supporting daily office operations.
Work Schedule Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities Serve as the front desk receptionist, welcoming and assisting walk-in members and visitors.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure a professional, secure reception area.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Member Services Division as needed.
Support office operations by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Required Skills / Education Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant role.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only).
