This individual is often the first line of communication between TriNet and prospective clients as the person responsible for identifying, contacting and qualifying opportunities for the sales organization to generate new business. Secure meetings with the right people, at the right place, at the right time to create high quality sales opportunities for the field sales team.
The focus each day for our SDRs is getting connected with decision makers, extending the conversation, and securing meetings for our field sales team.
Use internal sales tools and resources to execute a high touch sales cadence on prospects.
Initiate contact with prospects through a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Attend meetings you've scheduled and conduct routine check-ins with your Sales Consultant to receive feedback on the opportunities you have created.
Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures and share what's working with your peers!
Complies with all policies and standards
High School Diploma required or
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Seeks out, internalizes, and applies coaching feedback (Intermediate proficiency)
Strong computer literacy skills (Intermediate proficiency)
Experience using a CRM; Salesforce preferred (Intermediate proficiency)
