HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted, accessible resource for our employees and leadership team across both our office and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jacksonville. Working closely alongside the Director of HR, you will balance compliance and best practices with practical, common-sense problem-solving to support a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Excellent benefits plan and PTO, to include 12 Holidays and 401k plan.

Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, staffing agency partnerships, and deliver an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Plan and coordinate employee appreciation programs, milestone celebrations, community
Support employees and supervisors with day-to-day HR matters, including policies, attendance, performance documentation, workplace expectations, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and other employment-related questions and processes.
Gather and document relevant information related to employee concerns, performance matters, workplace issues, and other HR situations; review applicable policies and practices and provide findings and thoughtful recommendations to the Director of Human Resources for collaborative discussion and resolution.
