Experience: Minimum of 12 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for required.
License: Must have a permanent state license or compact license in hand at time of submission.
Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Must-Have:

• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation.
• Acceptable scores on both assessments are required.

Description:
Registered Nurse for step down care.
Potential to float to other units to care for the same patient population.
D/N rotating shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM / 7 AM - 7:30 PM.
Shifts may be variable if needed to meet the operational needs.
Facility will endeavor to honor preferred shifts but may require rotation if necessary.
Nurses must meet the experience and certification requirements to qualify.
References from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for are required.
All required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
Nurses must comply with nicotine-free requirements, with limited exemptions.
Background checks will be reviewed, and any open cases will lead to disqualification.
Compliance with additional health and safety protocols is required.
Travelers must complete annual competency requirements to maintain scheduling privileges.
