This position is primarily onsite, where you will work directly in patients' homes, evaluating and administering physical therapy treatments in a familiar environment that promotes comfort and healing. Operating in the heart of East Brunswick, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying physical challenges, enhancing their independence and overall quality of life.

Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans focused on cervical and lumbar spine conditions, joint replacements, post-surgical recovery, and orthotic assessments.

Oversee the delivery of treatment by Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapy protocols and continuity of care.

Document patient progress meticulously through OASIS assessments, evaluations, and daily treatment logs.

Stay current with best practices in physical therapy and contribute insights to team discussions and training sessions.

Foster lasting relationships with clients and their families to provide emotional support and encouragement throughout treatment.

Complete all documentation in accordance with legislation and branch policies, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission.

Our clients often require rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries, such as hip or knee replacements, and treatment for acute musculoskeletal injuries. This role necessitates a compassionate and patient-centric approach to ensure effective communication and encourage adherence to therapy regimens.

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in a home care or acute care setting.

Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Experience with specific orthopedic rehabilitation strategies.

Familiarity with rehabilitation technologies and evidence-based treatment protocols.

Previous experience in delivering therapy services in patients' homes.
