Heal And Align Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to become an essential part of our home care team in Palm Beach, Florida. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, and rehabilitation needs following surgeries. As a member of our home health care team, you will engage with patients in their own environments, allowing for tailored therapy that directly addresses their daily challenges. Our work schedule consists of weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced approach to work-life integration while maximizing patient care time in a home setting.

Administer therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education tailored to specific patient needs.

Utilize various modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy, to support recovery and rehabilitation efforts based on patient-specific conditions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers to ensure optimal patient outcomes and holistic care.

Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with clinic standards and regulations to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

In this role, you will primarily focus on treating patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and individuals recovering from surgeries. Our patient population is diverse, comprising individuals of all ages who seek to overcome physical limitations through comprehensive rehabilitation. A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is mandatory for this role.

Licensure: An active and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida is required to practice.

Skills: Exceptional manual therapy skills coupled with knowledge in evidence-based orthopedic treatment methodologies are essential.

A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient or sports rehabilitation setting is preferred to ensure familiarity with the challenges faced by our patient population.

Experience with home health practices is an advantage, as it demonstrates adaptability to varied treatment environments.
