Carry out both standard and intricate clinical laboratory tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Assess results for precision, diagnose discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for subsequent testing as necessary.
Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, assist in training new staff and students, and ensure compliance with established lab quality standards.
Maintain a hygienic, safe workspace and observe all regulatory and accreditation requirements consistently.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire date.
