Implement evidence-based treatment protocols by adapting techniques to meet each patient's specific needs and monitoring their progress throughout recovery.
Consult with other healthcare professionals as required, maintaining an interdisciplinary approach that maximizes the patient's rehabilitation outcomes.
Regularly document patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations, promoting transparency and accountability in patient care.
Prioritize efficient time management and maintain productivity while actively participating in clinical meetings and community outreach initiatives.
Your role will be essential in serving a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, though not required.
A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient care, is strongly preferred.
