Full-Time | 3:00 p.m.-Pennswood Village, a senior living community in Newtown, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Security Assistant to join our Facilities team.
This position combines general maintenance responsibilities with campus safety and security support. The Maintenance / Security Assistant helps maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our residents, employees, and visitors.
Perform general building and maintenance assignments throughout the community
Monitor campus safety and security and respond to resident, employee, and visitor needs
Identify equipment or building issues and contact appropriate Facilities staff when needed
Support snow removal and other weather-related operations as needed
