We’re rebuilding CI from the ground up — cutting GitHub Actions job times by orders of magnitude so engineering teams ship faster and iterate without friction. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales motion: running deep-dive demos, designing proof‑of‑concept workloads around real customer pipelines, and helping prospects untangle complex CI/CD architectures. You’ll spend your time between customer conversations and hands‑on tinkering — writing sample workflows, stress‑testing edge cases, and feeding everything you learn on the front lines back to engineering and product. This is a high‑ownership role at a growth‑stage company where the product is still young and your fingerprints will be all over how we scale the go‑to‑market engine.

What we're looking for:

4–8 years in a customer‑facing technical role — Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar — selling into software engineering teams

Deep fluency with Git, CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins, or equivalent), and containerized build environments

Comfortable reading and writing code in at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript, Bash, or similar) to build demos and troubleshoot customer pipelines

Strong executive presence and the ability to run a technical evaluation end‑to‑end — from discovery call to proof‑of‑concept to production rollout

Based in or willing to relocate to New York; this is an on‑site role with a team that values whiteboard sessions, pairing, and in‑person collaboration

Must be based in the United States.
