Bookkeeper - Direct Hire | Onsite - Eden Prairie | $25-$26/hr
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping financial operations running smoothly? We're seeking a Bookkeeper to join a growing organization where you'll play a key role in supporting billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation activities.

Manage invoicing activities and ensure accurate, timely billing.
Monitor outstanding balances and investigate billing discrepancies.
Maintain accounts receivable records and reporting.
Partner with internal teams to support collections and issue resolution.
Assist with financial operations, documentation, and process improvements.
Support special projects and other accounting-related initiatives as needed.
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting support, or finance operations.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial management systems.
Familiarity with reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.
