HR/Recruiting Generalist

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in background screening, HR operations, case management, or compliance who thrive in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

You’ll work closely with candidates, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure background checks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Training: First month requires 4 days per week in the office.

After Training: Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.

Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of transitioning to a 4-day in-office schedule in the future.

2+ years of experience in background screening, HR, case management, or a related operational role

Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems

Experience supporting HR onboarding or background screening programs

Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or similar systems

Corporate Security, compliance, fraud investigation, or law enforcement experience

Knowledge of employment verification, adverse findings, and regulatory compliance

Escalate adverse findings to appropriate internal stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, and Employment Law

Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
